HOW TO MAKE A MARK VII JETPACK

To make this you would be needing the extra wing flaps, arms, chest plate and wrist armor of a Hot Toys Mark VII. You can probably make use of other spare parts you may have from other armors if you wish. I joined the pieces together using twistees and some Blu-tack so. I can still remove each part without damaging them in case I need them. You may want to use a base platform to hold everything in place. In my case, I had a spare back torso of a Hasbro Repulsor Blast Iron Man Mark III which was leftover from another Iron Man Project. From the side view pic you can see that I used it as a base to hold everything together. To finish it off I also added two spare Mazinger Z rocket punch propulsion pieces which I attached to a bendable stainless rod that I got from a busted desk lamp. You can also simulate smoke propulsion using a cotton-like material called polyfill that’s usually used as stuffing for plush toys. With a little imagination, you can come up with many different configurations using various parts you may have. Here’s a couple of pics of the Piece I made to give you an idea how everything was put together. I think this could still be better improved with the addition of LED’s though. Goodluck in making your own Jetpack made of spare parts and accessories from your Iron Man Figures. Browse through the entire album to get a better idea how the jetpack was built.
